Shipping & FAQ

SHIPPING

For items currently in stock, orders ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.  Orders ship via UPS and include tracking.  I will send you a shipment notification email when your order goes out.  Your package should arrive in 3-7 business days.  Shipping is $10 for orders 10 lbs or less, $18 for orders between 11 lbs - 20 lbs, and $25 for orders over 21 lbs.

 For items that are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  You will be notified as soon as the product is ready to ship out.

RETURNS

Each piece is handmade.  Due to the process, variations in the marbled pattern are to be expected.  There may be slight differences in the thickness and size of each piece.  This is considered part of the handmade process. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package.  Please contact me before sending an item back.  Items should be shipped in their original packaging.  You may exchange it for another item or receive credit on the original form of payment.

I do my very best to package items carefully, but if your items are damaged during the shipping process, please contact me immediately. 

If you have any other issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll do my very best to take care of you. 

CARING FOR YOUR CERAMICS

Each piece is made out of porcelain slip and glazed with a non-toxic, food-safe glaze. Items can function as decoration or dinnerware.  I highly recommend hand washing items with gold to maintain the shine. Items that have gold are not microwave safe. All other items without gold are dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
